Cap and Share Events
Cap & Share is a way of capping carbon, an alternative to ‘carbon rations’ or carbon taxes. It has two basic premises: firstly, that to stop runaway climate change, we need to cap, or limit, our carbon emissions, and secondly, that the huge amounts of money involved should be shared equally by the population. For more information see www.capandshare.org .
