Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Concession fees apply to Feasta members and NGOs. Refunds on cancellations up to 2 weeks before the conference subject to €50 (incl VAT) cancellation fee. No refund on cancellations less than 2 weeks before the conference. Cancellations made after this date will result in the full delegate price being charged. Accommodation, breakfast and evening meal are not included.
